Financing & financial policy

Every new patient begins with a consultation to discuss goals, complete an exam and build a treatment plan. A surgical consultation with the surgeon is $200 + HST ($226), and is deducted from the cost of surgery if you proceed. A non-surgical consultation is $88.50 + GST ($100.01), creditable toward a first treatment or an initial product purchase of at least $250 within 60 days.

Credit card details are provided at booking to secure your time; a scheduling fee only applies if you cancel with less than two full business days' notice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, cash and bank drafts. We do not accept personal or business cheques. Non-surgical treatments are paid in full at the visit.

Third-party financing is available through iFinance Medical (Medicard) and Beautifi. AestheteMD has no financial affiliation with either provider — they simply offer flexible plans so you can choose what works for your budget.

A surgical quote includes the surgeon's fee, the anesthesiologist and nursing fees, the OR and facility fees, your pre- and post-operative appointments, any implants or garments, and all taxes (shown separately).

A non-refundable surgical booking fee of $1,000 + HST reserves your date and is deducted from the total. Full payment is due three to four weeks before surgery, usually at your pre-operative appointment.

After full payment, cancellation fees apply in addition to the non-refundable booking fee: 25% of remaining fees at 15–21 days before surgery, 50% at 8–14 days, and 100% at 7 days or less. A physician's note is required to consider a full refund for a life-threatening emergency or illness.

Any refund granted deducts 2.4% for credit-card processing and is issued by cheque. These terms protect the reserved surgical time that would otherwise go unused.
